How does your system secure product on our existing metal shelves?
ProfitGuard is an extremely flexible solution. It utilizes a Front fence, Locking or Non-Locking Swing window, and Metal ends to create a system that ties an upper shelf to a lower shelf, creating a “box” in your aisle.

Can ProfitGuard attach to any type of metal gondola shelf?
Our ProfitGuard system will mount onto any shelf type as long as there are 2 rows of mounting holes in the front and back of the shelves.

What shelf lengths are required for ProfitGuard?
We have ProfitGuard systems for 48”, 36” and 30” shelves.

What if I only need to secure a few products on the shelf and not the entire shelf?
ProfitGuard’s versatility allows you to secure as little as 18” of continuous shelf.

What solution do you have if I am not sure what my shelf depths are from store to store in a particular high-theft product category?
If the shelf-to-shelf height is the same for this product category, we have adjustable depth metal-ends that will secure shelves that are 12” – 22” in depth. The remaining components needed are the same.

Can ProfitGuard allow me leave the window open during the day but during periods that I have less staff on the floor, lock it up?
Yes, it can. The system allows for both options.

What if I want to upgrade from a non-locking version (Level 2) to an audio alert (Level 3)? Can I still use my existing system?
The only component you will need to buy is the audio unit, which snaps right into your existing system. ProfitGuard is designed so that you can upgrade your level of theft deterrence, with minimal disruption to your existing set-up.
